Ben Loughry

Ben has almost 50 years of experience in the real estate industry and has participated in over 1,200 real estate transactions either through investing, consulting or brokering. Prior to starting Overwatch Fund, Mr. Loughry was a founding member of Panther FW Investments, a specialized real estate investment firm. He was also a founding stockholder and managing partner of the Fort Worth and Dallas offices of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation firm.

Mr. Loughry began his real estate career in 1969 and has worked with various public and private entities, including the General Services Administration, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Bell Helicopter Textron, and Sundance Square Development. As a qualified instructor through the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Association of Realtors, he has taught real estate courses at Texas Christian University, The University of Texas-Arlington, and Tarrant County Junior College. He is qualified as an expert witness in county and federal courts, and district and county judges have appointed him to serve as a special commissioner.

He was Chairman of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and sat on the Chamber’s Executive Committee. He was the Chair of Fort Worth South, Inc., and sat on the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council. He has also been delegated as the Fort Worth Mayor’s appointee to the Southwest Parkway Advisory Committee. Mr. Loughry also has held leadership positions in the Tarrant County Real Estate Council, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Tarrant Appraisal District and the Fort Worth Aviation Advisory Committee. Mr. Loughry holds a BBA from Texas Christian University and served on the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee.

Blake Lloyd

Blake Lloyd joined Overwatch Fund as a Principal in 2021 bringing over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Blake is focused on the buy-side opportunist/value-add commercial properties including multi-family, industrial, retail and office.

Prior to joining Overwatch Fund, he began his career in real estate with the Trammell Crow Company which then merged with CBRE. He was a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services of Trammell Crow/CBRE where he focused on large Corporate Accounts. Many of Blake’s clients had multiple properties throughout the US. He was responsible for property acquisitions, dispositions and tenant representation. Blake’s thorough knowledge of both sides of the real estate transaction, as well as construction build-out, give him the ability to provide measurable cost, time and efficiency savings to his clients. During his real estate career he has negotiated transactions comprising of more than $1billion in transaction value.

Blake received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He holds a Texas Real Estate License and is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors.

Blake has contributed significant time to local charities and has served in leadership and board positions for March of Dimes, Fort Worth Stock Show Calf Scramble, All Saints Episcopal School and Breakfast with St. NICUlas. He was a graduate of the Leadership Fort Worth Class of 2004-2005.

Barry Kromann

Prior to joining Overwatch as a principal in 2023, Barry was a Tarrant County banking executive with 35 years in leadership roles with Bank One, Texas Capital Bank, Independent Financial (Area President) and First National Bank (Market President). Barry has been an active real estate investor during the past 20 years while participating in over 85 commercial real estate transactions including multi-family, industrial and office sectors representing over $4 billion in assets. In his banking role, Barry participated to an even greater extent as a senior lender in essentially all commercial real estate sectors across multiple economic cycles.

Barry has been active in the community with leadership roles with ACH Child & Family Services, World Link Ministries, Tarrant County Banker’s Association (Founding Board Member), The Parenting Center, American Heart Association, Doxology Bible Church among others. Barry was named to the 1998 and 2002 Fort Worth Business Press “40 under 40” and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University.

Chief Financial Officer

Tina Bond

Prior to joining OWF, Tina spent eleven years at Crescent Real Estate/Goff Capital Partners serving many diverse roles. In addition to treasury, and accounting, Tina was ultimately responsible for investor relations. While at Goff Capital Partners, Tina was responsible for the management of the Goff family office, the Goff charitable foundation, and the private equity entity, Goff Capital Partners. Goff Capital Partners created private structures focused on real estate including commercial office, industrial, hospitality, retail, and multifamily real estate, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and other structured real estate debt. While with Goff Capital Partners/Crescent Real Estate, Tina helped administer two funds totaling $450 million in equity. During Tina’s tenure, Crescent Real Estate became a real estate operating company and an SEC‐registered investment advisory firm with assets under management, development, and investment capacity of more than $10 billion. Tina graduated cum laude with a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Betsy Price

After two decades of public service, Betsy Price returned to the private sector in May of 2022 adding her energy, experience and perspective to Overwatch Fund.

After running her own successful business for 17 years, Price turned to public service and was first elected in 2000 to serve as Tarrant County Tax Assessor. After ten years of service at the county, Price was elected to serve as Fort Worth Mayor in 2011 where she successfully led one of the nation’s largest and most dynamic cities.

Betsy is an avid cyclist and she also enjoys spending quality time with her beloved grandchildren.
